- Warm clothes for cooler weather and evenings
- Waterproof/windproof outer layers
- Sturdy boots (walking boots or trainers)
- Two small towels for cleaning soot off your feet
- Three pairs of extra socks
- A torch (flashlight)
- Sunglasses and sunscreen
- Snacks, if needed
- Insect repellent
- 100% pure Aloe Vera gel
- A daysack/small backpack
- A pen and paper or notebook for taking notes
- If you have a drum, rattle, or another percussion instrument, you may bring it along
- You may also bring a camera/phone, camcorder, and audio recorder, but please respect others' privacy and do not record training sessions as they are confidential.
Above all, come with an open mind and a willingness to fully engage in the experience! Please note that meals are not provided, but we will offer tea, coffee, and light refreshments. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know in advance. Additionally, we do not provide accommodation, but we can recommend some local hotels and B&Bs.
