01 The transformation seminar
The day opens with an honest, engaging session on what actually holds people back. Confidence, belief, the stories we tell ourselves under pressure. This isn’t a lecture. It’s a conversation that challenges assumptions, shifts mindset and begins to quiet the inner voice that says “I can’t.” By the time it ends, your people are already thinking differently.
02 The firewalk
Then comes the moment everything changes. Walking across fire isn’t the point. It’s the proof. The moment your people do something they would have sworn was beyond them only hours earlier. That shift in mindset doesn’t disappear when the evening ends. It travels back into the workplace with them.
03 Direction & action
Rather than letting that energy dissipate, we immediately put it to work. While mindset is shifted and barriers are down, teams move into focused planning: identifying challenges, setting goals, making real commitments. The conversations that happen in this session and the decisions made tend to be the ones that stick.

Master of his craft
Steve is one of a small number of Master Certifying Firewalking Instructors in the world. He has spent over 30 years helping individuals and organisations break through the limitations that hold them back and his work has been recognised with multiple industry awards. But what makes him genuinely different from most facilitators is the depth of expertise he brings to understanding why people think and behave the way they do.
Science of mindset
As a Master Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, trained by Bandler and Grinder, the founders of the discipline, Steve understands at a profound level how mindset is formed, how it gets in the way and how to change it. That’s not something you can replicate with a motivational speaker or a team activity day. It’s the difference between an experience that feels good in the moment and one that genuinely shifts how people show up.
